Comrade scowled at the female as she lifted the cat up.
“ More like evil. Get that thing on a leash women before I call the pound.” He barked as the feline let his tail sway and cuddled into Zairre deviously.
“ Oh? Should I get the exterminator?” He asked the rat who hissed a bit at this.
“ Try it dragon.” He replied back to him while dark grinned deviously.
“ Don’t tempt me. “ Was Dark’s reply as Arlen rolled his eyes though this gave away to softness as his guardian appeared by his side. Stroking his head a moment he purred into his ear.
“ You can play later. We need to figure out what’s going on in the witching community. Things aren’t going good it seems.” He whispered as he ordered up a drink from the bar. Comrade nodding and going to it mixing the elixir before sending it on it’s way to the owner.
Marius sighed as he tried to drown out the usual arguments going on inside of the bar. He looked rather surprised at the female who smelled of Wolverine but tainted with Comrades free pass cards he sold.
“ Yeah, surprisingly the vet clinic here fixed her up real well. We had a bit of a issue though since the man wasn’t used to our kind…. But he’s coping with his unusual patients now. Especially Eponine’s rude attitude at times. Are you a friend of hers? I don’t believe I have seen you about?” The man asked as he took a swig of his drink eagerly. Gold feline eyes watching her curiously as he looked back to the rat for a moment.
“ Friend of Comrades? Not many have those free pass fangs he hands out.” He told her.

Zairre sighed looking down to Dark, "Alright do transform back now and behind so I can work if he keeps getting angery like this we'll be out of house and I'll be out of work," she said with a sad smile. No it wasnt much but she owed some loyalty to the wererat for taken her in when she first arrived in this city.
Indulal sat down on a stool next to Arlen with his back to the bar and elbows resting on it while he leaned back, "I say we just roast them with their own power," he said raising a taloned hand slight to eye level as small bits of lighting flashed about causing the lights in the bar to flicker.
"I'm tired of them trying to hunt down the other supernaturals along with my sibilings and me. Were not their toys were an anicent power that needs to be respected for that," he sighed.

Sca-chan walked into the bar with her brother. They were twins but yet look so different. Sca-chan let her eyes wonder around the bar, till she found the male she was looking for. she made her way to his side and smiled at comrade.
"sorry we're late Marius." Sca-chan said as she kissed his cheek. She was wearing jeans and t-shirt that looked huge on her. Faolan was right beside her wearing his normal clothes.
"yeah there was a small problem on the way here. but it was very easy to take care of" he grinned. "where's eponine?" he asked.

Well this was certainly a pleasant night. The strife in the air gave the breeze a nice relaxing feeling, or at least to her. It was probable that there were not too many that found the same feeling as comforting. Ah well, she was at the pub now, there'd be time to ponder the greater happenings in the city later.
The blonde haired woman strode into the bar with no sideways glances and headed straight for the bar, a fair difference to her last entrance she couldn't help but think. At least she could use this one far more easily, that other girl had been so awkward for some reason. Hopefully she'd be less awkward now that she had set her up with everything she could want.
She took a seat at the bar and tapped her fingernails gently on the table, just watching the barkeep until she was acknowledged. Just to add extra incentive she placed a pair of twenty dollar notes on the bar.
"Maybe I'll even get to be one of his favourite customers again." She smirked to herself.

Comrade noticed another new figure strolling into the bar, he quickly forgot the cats as he moved over to the lovely money.
“ Hi there, what can I do for you?” He asked the women in a less caring tone that he had used for Sora. No this was his devious I know who will play my game voice as he glared into her eye. Rat tail moving behind him as if it possessed it’s own mind.

Sora’s eyebrows scrunched together when the Were tiger mentioned his sister going to a Vet clinic. “Vet Clinic, sir? Why not go to a hospital? Or was she in her…you know…that other form that isn’t human-looking…?” Sora wasn’t sure of what to call the alternate form Weres took on a full moon. When Marius continued to spoke about who she assumed was the owner of the place or boss, the young woman set about in asking more questions. It seemed that she was full of them this night. “The veterinarian takes care of Weres, sir?”
The young Were shook her head negatively to Marius’ question about Eponine being her friend. “I’m not a friend of hers, sir. I heard about you two from Comrade,” she nodded her head in the Were rat’s direction. It seemed the commotion had settled down. “He said that you two were leaders of a pack?” Sora fiddled with the rat toothed necklace. She wasn’t sure of what else to say to the Were tiger as his golden watched her curiously.
Her fiddling with the necklace ceased when Marius asked about it. “This? Comrade gave it to me, yes. He said it would keep other Weres from bothering me when I wandered around here,” she explained, though it was unneeded. Sora managed an unsure smile when she said, “A friend of his? I don’t know, sir. I don’t know his standards for being a friend. Besides, I think I irritated him with my plethora of questions.”
When a new pair came in through the entrance and walked directly to Marius, where they began conversing and showing affection, Sora decided to take a quiet exit. She didn’t want be in their way. They appeared to be friends and the woman and Marius, a couple.
The young Were glanced back around to see where Were rat was at. She found him speaking to a blonde haired woman, who had apparently just walked in. Sora blinked curiously when she saw a rat tail behind Comrade’s figure. ‘Odd,’ was all she could think about the rather unusual sight for her. Leaving them to their business, her brown eyes settled on the dragoness, Zairre, and a few more individuals as they spoke about the problems that Comrade had explained to Sora earlier. Silently, the young woman listened to their conversation as she moved an index finger around the lip of her glass of water. ‘Maybe it was a good thing it was raining tonight. It seems this is the place to catch up on all the things these Weres…and dragons have known for months, maybe even years,’ Sora mused.

Marius looked to her confused for a moment then laughed as he scratched sheepishly at the back of his head.
“ She was in her beast shape if that’s what you were asking. It’s rather hard to explain to a hospital why you have a leopard…. Well frankly it was hard explaining it to a vet but hey. At least he knew animal medicine right? “ He started then laughed a bit at her next question.
“ Well he learned pretty quick. Before that I don’t think he had a clue…. Started to scream a bit when the sun came up and… well. You get the picture.” He smiled awkwardly as he smiled at her reply.
“ Yes I am, I… run the south side clan. If I want to or not really. See the stupid stuff you get mixed into when you don’t know what your doing? Killed a were one night that attacked me for walking through his territory… didn’t know he was a leader of anything. So here I am. Leader of a gang I would rather much not lead. Though it can’t be help, without me they would be lost since most of them are not leader material I’m afraid. “ He sighed. Remembering how many times he had tried to kill himself with a silver bullet and how many times others had stopped him. Only his sister and his friends were the only thing keeping him in this plane of existence anymore.
“ That will keep you safe. Basically says you’re a errand runner or a friend of the bar. That means you’re a neutral party. Comrade is sort of our eyes and ears for the most part, though he doesn’t belong to a clan all information is up for sale. Bet you had to pay a high price for that. If you didn’t well. Then he must think you’re a decent friend. That’s how you tell -his- standards. The higher the price the less of a friend you are, even then… he’s gotten me to pay top dollar a few times for information on the witching movements. “ He started as his friends walked in. Turning golden orbs over he smiled as he returned the gentle kiss to Sca-chan and waved to his friend Faolan.
“ She went to get her cast off today. Left the apartment before I got up. I thought she would of hooked up with you by now.” He commented dryly as he noticed the girl had left. He waved a clawed hand back to the female.
“ It’s okay. If you want to chat sit with us. I’m always glad for the company.” He admitted as he took another swig of his drink then smiled back to his two friends.
-----
Dark sighed as he suddenly shifted back to his human shape not far from where Sora sat. With a grumble he stalked behind Zairre with a pout.
“ I was having fun. I don’t know why he can’t take some play.” He fussed as he went over to the booth in the corner where he usually pouted in the shadows like a scolded child crossing his arms.
-------
Arlen sighed at his friends response. Yes it was true but it was a sticky situation.
“ Well as much as I hate them there is one thing we have to agree upon. Some of your kin isn’t always on the good side. The pacts were made to keep everything in check, though they have abused the power from what it should have been. We need to figure a way…. To retain order and stop this foolishness. The council is crazy and personally they all need to be overthrown.” He told his friend as he looked down to a class of wine he had ordered up.
“ ….. I think Claudius has the right idea, outcasted or not. He is probably the sanest of the bunch. There has to be a way to reinstate him as a witch.” Arlen added in careful thought.

"A glass of blood with a double shot of vodka, if you are hiding any good stuff out back I think it'd be a good time to offer it." Of course one found a lot of useful things on prey these days, money being one of them and while Telckla would normally be against the idea of stooping to blood 'drinking' she realised that laying low for a while would be a good idea. After all she did have this puppet wandering round the were church a lot so it'd pay to be inconspicuous.
"Oh, and while I remember, you haven't seen that grey haired brat or her attentive father around lately have you?" She gave the rat a sly little smile and placed another pair of twenties on the table, "I'm sure you know the ones I'm talking about, quite a distinct smell." Just to give him a little reminder she decided to lean over the bar just a little more. Of course she was unfortunately reminded that her new host was in serious need of some proper clothing, just her luck to get stuck in a kid and then miss conservative. Ah well, nothing a quick shop wouldn't fix.

sca-chan noticed the girl marius was talking to and gave her a gentle smile.
"I hope you didn't decide to move because me and my brother showed up. please stay and chat with us." she took a seat next to marius.
Faolan shook his head when marius mention epoinine getting her cast off and meeting up with him by now.
"no I haven't seen her yet. " he took a seat as well and stretched. " knowing her she justh might be causing trouble." he sighed. His little helion of a girlfriend always caused some kind of trouble. she like her action.

Sora nodded to Marius when he explained about his sister and once more when he explained who he became leader of the pack. ‘What are the odds that?’ she wondered, shocked that something so little had changed his life completely. ‘I guess I didn’t have it all too bad. I don’t have a pack or gang or whatever to maintain,’ she thought thankfully. She had questions to ask about the pack, but did not voice them after hearing his sigh. She didn’t feel it her place to pursue the topic.
When Marius mentioned the necklace, she fiddled with it some more. A nod was given as he explained its meaning and about the Comrade. Her playing with the necklace was paused when the Were tiger mentioned that the necklace was usually "high priced". As Marius told more about the Comrade’s "standard" for a friend among other things involving prices, Sora glanced back at the said Were rat. ‘Is that so? Why would he let me have this,’ she looked down at the necklace, ‘for such a low price? Does he take pity on me because I’m new or does he actually consider me a “friend”?’ She wasn’t sure about the bartender, as they had only just met. He seemed nice, as did most of the other creatures that had wandered into the bar. But could she trust them?
Sora felt her brows raise when the black cat changed into a human form near her. Brown eyes followed the changed creature, who she guessed to be a dragon like Zairre due to his horns, as he moved to sit in a booth. Her eyes flicked from the dragon, to Zairre, and then Comrade as if to wonder: ‘what was that about?’
Her attention didn’t stay on the dragons and Were for very long as she heard Marius calling to someone. Turning her eyes to the Were tiger, she found waving a hand in her direction. Sora looked to her left than her right to see if the motion was meant for someone else. When he and the woman spoke, she knew Marius had meant the action towards her though. The young Were gave an unsure smile to the trio. “Oh no, you all are fine,” she’d reply to the woman before speaking to the three of them, “I just didn’t want to be in the way. I think I’ll stay here.” Sora meant her seat near the bar. “Thank you for the offer though,” she’d add quickly after.
She hoped she hadn’t come off as rude or something. Sora just simply preferred the bar seat versus moving closer to the three Weres. ‘It’d feel awkward to just sit there with people—er, Weres that I didn’t know,’ she reasoned. At least by the bar, she was neutral to those around her. Everyone seemed to be in their own little world/bubble.

Allyen, Allyen…you stupid stupid kid! Why did you do that, why did you leave me? It isn’t fair, I’m going to drink myself in to nothing because of you… What does it matter anyway?
A thin slender woman sat a the bar, arms crossed and leaning over the counter top with and empty shot glass leaning on her bear arm. She moaned heavily as mixed thoughts entered her confused, throbbing mind, reaching the state of being practically drunk. A hard pink complexion had already made its arrival on her soft tan cheeks but which she was oblivious to. She sighed through her nostrils and began running a small hand through her tangled black mess she calls her hair and drunk as she was completely forgot that she could easily get it stuck. “Shit.”
It struck her that her fingers were tightly stuck in a bind with her hair but with a few tugs she successfully freed it. Neon eyes with an emerald outline sharply glared at the several strains of hair waved in between her thin fingers, “Not again.” She spoke, disgusted. Quickly she whipped them way on her dark maroon coat and then turned her attention to the shot glass with no liquid inside to please her forked tongue and her misery she was drowning in.
Just recently she had received news on her brother that he committed suicide, but by how she was not told yet. She knew that he had hit some sort of depression state though she wasn’t all too concerned about it because it was normal for him. He’d be depressed one day and the next he would be fine but she had no idea this time was a serious case. What was he so depressed about? That was the question.
When she had heard the news of his death she simply couldn’t bring herself to cry; she was dry. She was taught never to cry, never show such weak emotion but they were no longer here to stop her from doing so. Although nothing came from her eyes.
Allyen was the world to her, her reason to live in such a dreadful world as this. But Cheshire City was their escape from the very beginning and even so it was not enough. And lo, it was still their home.
Picking up her glass she placed the rim on her purple lips matching up the lipstick pressed on there. She sipped the last bit and slammed it back down. With an index finger she shoved it a foot in front of her, almost pushing it over the edge, “Lets have another round over here, Barkeep! This time, with a couple of ice cubes.” She grunted realizing she was drunk enough.

Comrade turned his attention back upon the lone girl who had not stopped drinking since she hit the place.
“ You sure you want something with punch? Again he asked as he poured her another anyway. He really didn’t mind though since in the end it filled his wallet anyway. She was a changeling, she could handle herself right? Drunk or not, it was always harder to kill a changeling then a human.
“ Mind telling your story?” He asked as he wiped out a glass. Keeping his rounds up all the while multitasking as usual as he poured various elixirs, blood, and what have you in his out back hidden abode. At the same time he looked over to the girl who ordered a blood with Vodka. Eyeing the money before mixing her drink he smirked a bit deviously.
“ Maybe…. But my mind often becomes fuzzy on nights like this.” He grinned playfully. Playing the line as he laid her drink before. One eye upon this customer, his other one looking to the new girl with a drinking problem. He was the master of multitasking as he used his tail to mix another drink. At least his sign of nervousness from the cats earlier could come in handy in the end.

Telckla withdrew the other four twenties she had acquired and placed them on the table, spreading them out in a fan shape in front of her. "Throw in one of whatever you've been giving her as well and take the rest as a tip." She gestured in the direction of the changeling who seemed pretty out of it, if only she could get this meat sack to go out and get drunk, might lighten her up a bit.
"I think that should be enough, I mean...it's only a little bit of information after all, nothing I'm sure an intelligent man like yourself couldn't recall for me." Throw in a little smile that could mean a lot of things and that should do the trick. Of course once acting as the maiden to a lord, though only in name she had to unfortunately remind herself, Telckla had a fair amount of experience in acting one way and thinking another. One court to another and all she lacked now was a reason to remain nice if pushed the wrong way.

Comrade smiled as he slid a glass of the hard liquer over to the female with a bit of a playful smirk laced in with it.
“ Well, I suppose I could remember… a little. Though next time you better be a little more assertive with the green. “ He started as he paused once more. Pretending to think it over a bit.
“ I haven’t actually laid eyes on them, though the word on the street is the female who bore him a child has been taken by the coven. Sent them into a rightful tizzy I suppose. Also, Kane, Lucifer’s little child. Well lets just say he was bitching about a new child in the coven and he wasn’t rightfully please about it.” He smirked. Letting loose a bit of information but not everything he had.
“ My, those headaches of mine. They get worse and worse every day.” He spoke mockingly as he held his head a bit. Pretending to be in agony as he stood before the women at the bar.

Reeny only made a small grunting noise as he grabbed a hold of her drink, her head was already starting to buzz. Comrade’s words didn’t quite trigger so she did not respond, only took a half sip from her glass ending in a loud hic-up, “Ha..hic…I was wonder when that would start.” She said in a not so pleased tone and still a bit conscious of her dim surrounding. She gave a few smacks of her plump purple lips and drifted back to the barkeep as he asked her of her story.
“M-my story?” she simply snorted and lean against the bar-counter. “Not a very exiting one…plain, not even to my liking.” The thought of her brother Allyen was slipping away from her every second. Shrugging, she rested her glass against her cheek making it fatter then it all ready was. Was this woman ever sober?
Soon she began tapping her nails repeatedly, drifting off with a small smile on her face. “Mother was great wasn’t she?” asking no one in particular. “Until Father murdered her…” then her smile disappeared in to a growl.
“Or was it Berten…Gah, it doesn’t matter. Its both of their heads anyway.” Her smile returned.
She tends to speak her thoughts aloud when drunk.

“ As much as I hate to say this… I’m cutting you off now.” Comrade frowned a bit over at the changeling as he turned to get a drink for another customer while still converseing with the blood drinker.
“ You better sober up by closing I might add. I’m not taking care of any drunks by morning.” He reminded the girl as business was slowly starting to boom once more.
-------
Marius nodded towards Sora at this.
“ I understand. Any questions feel free to ask us.” He told her warmly before looking back over to Faolan.
“ So …. What are our plans for this coming moon, we have two more days right?” He asked him, not hiding it since the whole bar knew who was a were, who wasn’t, and what would happen to them on that night.
“Do you think it’s safe to go to our usual spot? Or do you think the witches might attack when where vulnerable?” He questioned
----
Arlen sighed a bit at this shaking his head.
“ In a bit, we need to make sure Delano hasn’t sent out spies to watch us. Where still his little pets remember? Without us he is a hair weaker, and he will surely take you away from me if he thinks we might be conspiring against him.” Arlen complained as he looked off thinking for a moment.
“ We need to think of a plan…. A idea… something… but what?” He frowned. Fuchsia eyes searching the bar….as if the answer would just appear before him.
------
“ Yeah right.” Dark frowned as he leaned back, posed as if he was a model in the booth upon the chair. With a flick of his tail he stuck out his tongue to the dragoness. Pulling down his eye lid, egging her on in his usual grumpy matter.

"if we go to are usual spot we have the advantage if the witches attack. we know that area inside and out"sca-chan pointed out. She was looking at things logically. " going to some place new, we're opening ourselves if they do try to attack." she laid her head on marius shoulder and sighed softly.
"I agree with sca-chan. Atleast we'll have a huge adantage over the witches if they try to attack in two days. THey would be stupid to go after any lycan during a full moon." faolan looked around. He didn't like not knowing exactly were eponine was but he knew she would be able to fend for herself.

"If I was more assertive with my money I wouldn't have any left by the time you told me anything." Telckla smirked slyly before taking a long sip of her drink, thankful for the added bite the vodka added. After making a point of licking her lips she decided to draw out the fifty that made up the rest of the big currency from her provider for the night.
"So the little brat did survive, that's good., now if you have anything a little more recent on the man and that..." She fought back the urge to throw in any number of insults, not sure where the rats loyalties lied with that one. "dragon...I might let you have this note as well."

Marius sighed as he nodded his head at this. Speaking out once more with a voice that could only belong to a leader.
“ Yeah, your right. I guess if we have to face a fight. Best thing is on our own terra. Though still… as beast…. Are we going to have full thinking capability to pull off a escape? I’ve watched those hunters capturing tigers on animal planet once too often to not think about this…. Their smart but not always smart enough.” he thought darkly as his eyes looked into his drink. Grabbing the glass he swung it back. Takeing another drink when Eponine walked in. Now minus a cast though holding a tail of a animal that looked like a overgrown lion.
“ Present for ya Faolan.” She smiled with innocence. Yeah one could only guess where the thing came from as she sat down with a grunt. A claw mark was upon her cheek that was caked in dried blood. Yeah, Eppy was out fighting again…. As usual.
=====
Comrade eyed the money suspiciously, wondering why this woman was so interested in that family.
“ Nothing as recent as my information.” He grinned as silver blur orbs hung upon the green note.
“ …. witches have their child. So their not doing much of anything besides getting their child back right now I suppose.” He told her. His hand creeping closer to the money. Darreing to rip it away should he get half a chance at it. Though how much of a chance would this woman allow him to have at this prize? Only time would tell on this question as the rat’s tail flickered mischievously.

Reeny gave a quick hidden glare towards the barkeep, Comrade, then slightly jumped in the wake of her hic-up. She looked away eying heavily at the empty barstool next to her and took a sip at the rest of her drink, placing it down afterwards. Last drink, last drink, she told herself, last drink...wait. She took another glance about the pub biting her lip. Great, not again. She knew she was here but the reason had slipped her head. This wasn't her first and wasn't her last.
Slowly, she was taking in the barkeep's word on sobering up before closing, though, she was desciding whether or not to get another drink. Did she have enough for one more? Nah...huh? Reeny wasn't one for easdropping on things but the mere word of witches caught her attiention.
"No, no. Best not do that." she gummbled at herself.

Sora nodded in understanding to Maiquis. Eyes drifted to her drink as she thought of what to ask the Were. He had been turned into a Were like she had, though under different circumstances. As she heard him converse with his friend and girlfriend, or so Sora assumed the woman to be, the young Were would wait until the time was right to ask her questions. She didn’t want to ask something that was totally off topic to their conversation.
Her brown eyes glanced over to the drunk woman, who had escaped the Were Wolverine’s notice until she had cursed. The young woman had no idea when the older had gotten there, but, from the looks of things, she had been there fore a while. Sora quit her curious staring and went back to looking at her glass of water (which was surprisingly still there).
As conversations were spoken around her, the young were couldn’t stop herself from overhearing many things. It wasn’t like they had spoken in low voices after all. Everything that was heard though, was way over Sora’s head. She knew not of the current situation with the witches besides what Comrade had told her.
Her attention began to drift back to Maiquis and his group as they conversed about witches attacking what she assumed was to be their home base. When the male friend of Maiquis’ spoke about the full moon and the time until it came, Sora felt her spine tingle. She would make sure she wasn’t near civilization when that night came. ‘I already killed Rocky. I don’t want to have human blood on my hands as well,’ the young Were sighed.
The sound of the bar entrance being opened once more, made Sora peak over her shoulder to see who had come in. Brown eyes caught sight of the tail that the woman held, not to mention the scratch on the woman’s cheek. ‘What the--?’ Sora was utterly confused. She decided to remain quiet and keep to herself though. She had found out that Maiquis’ male companion’s name was Faolan at least. Now she just had that many less names to learn in this bar.
The Were Wolverine would return to staring down at the glass once more as she waited for the right moment to spring one of her many questions on Maiquis, who was the only Were she knew at the time that had been turned like her. Sora had no idea that the woman that had just walked in was the second leader of the South pack.

Telkla let the note slip from her fingers so that it'd fall onto the bar top if it wasn't, as she much expected it to be, intercepted by someone's greedy fingers first. "Damn witches ruin all the fun." She muttered to herself before downing what was left of her drink. She sighed and waved her hand at the rat to give him free reign over the notes on the bar, not that she expected that was a needed gesture.
"Well now to find some way to occupy myself." She grinned a little as she let her eyes search over the bar. There had to be someone in here who was interesting enough to kill some time with.

A tall figure stepped into the bar. It wore a dark, well cut suit, black leather gloves and a wide brimmed black hat. Between the hat and the collar of the suit was a cloud of frizzy ginger hair, a large pair of wraparound sunglasses and a dark coloured scarf. The entire ensemble didn't expose a single scrap of skin.
The figure walked over to the bar with a light graceful stride, as if their body weighed hardly a fraction of the norm and they took a seat at one of the stools. A deep, pleasingly smooth voice issued from behind the scarf.
"Good evening barkeep, could I trouble you for a double whiskey?"

Comrade snatched the money up on greedy digits, placeing it away equally fast as if someone would at any moment snatch it away from him. After he was done that he grinned over to the customer once more.
“ That they do, ruin life about here as of late.” He grumbled till another customer came forth. With eager eyes for more money he put on the charm as he turned to fix the drink.
“ Trouble me all you like as long as you have the money to pay for my services.” He spoke to the man, the smell of witch covered by the musky scent of death though Comrade didn’t know it was the man himself. No, he merely figured the man was either a killer, or hung upon death like so many in this city with a demented eagerness.
“ Are you new here?” He asked, not able to see the face of the man through the cloth. His silvery blue orbs watching him curiously. It seemed a recent shift of new ones were moving in. Most likely from so many deaths happening upon the city. It meant the territories were free to claim once more.
