Welcome to Cheshire City my friend, the place that never sleeps and whom residents all hold a secret. Don’t be scared though. They mean no harm, or in the least most of them do not. You see, during the day the humans live here. Going about their everyday lives, not knowing what lurks just inches from their precious light. Hiding in the shadows and biding their time till the sun falls deep and the moon rises high. Then, then it is their time to rule. To lurk and take their payment for being imprisoned here in this hell. You see, the city draws many of the darkness to it’s fold. No one knows why, but well, some say it is because this city is truly the hell of old. Others say it is heaven, though these folk may be as madd as I am you see.
All the same though, there is always something going on here, always a tale to tell. City life never stops you see, and it all links together like the rusted chains of slavery. Each link, connecting both beginning to end in orderly fashion, just as each resident is somehow involved in the next city dwellers life. If they know of it or not, their all connected in their insanity, their misery, their life. So come on in, find a place to call home, and enter the city. If you dare.
plot
A new day has dawned and the feared Delano is dead. Killed by a unseen hand that is rumored to be one of the greatest hunters ever. His bounty fulfilled he now is relaxing in this new place. This new town, if it’s hip enough maybe, just maybe he’ll turn it into his permanent home. This killer of those that live in the dark. He's going to turn this city upside down and clean it up a bit, his own brand of justice for his fellow humans you see.
Another Battle is being waged as well. Three were pack leaders have gone missing. Only the Southern Pack leader, Marius the tiger, remains. Who will take over these packs and restore order to the beastial race of demons? No one knows….. But maybe… just maybe you are the one that can restore order to this city of anarchy?

I'm opening up the new character creation area though it is not yet completed. It'll be visible to all members so people may make comments on the changes if they wish under the suggestions board. All information in the new section will supersede that in the city guide which will have irrelevant information removed once the updates are finished.
Also a new plot thread is open in the Moonstone, now would be the time to throw in any weres you want to get involved.

Witching Grounds
Madd Cat Tower (5 sub-boards) This is a tall building where the witches of the city work out of to keep the peace amoung the dark creatures as well as the humans they affect. It has a tall clock tower which is the home to the Coven head of the city, Claudius. Theres a few rooms in the upper floors that are rented out to witching folk only.

The Bayard Mansion Welcome to the Bayard Mansion, named after the owner of the facility, this is the temporary center for all witching activity.... The temporary leader of the coven.... is none other then Bayard Lothair....
The Church of Roses To the North of the city lays the old gothic church that has stood strong for centuries. Named for the beautiful roses that creep and grow all over the ancient grounds. Many the color of blood though others filter through the sea of red. It is said, the grounds were once splattered by the blood of monks. Dieing to protect the children of the old village that was once Cheshire City from a horde of demons. After the battle was fought, both demon and monks lay dead side by side. The villagers cleaned up the carnage, but where the blood had stained the earth, grew the red flowers of thorns.

Church of the Holy Fire (1 sub-board) To the south lay the Church of the Holy Fire. It is said in legend. All who come to it's alter, shall recive the gift of a eternal flame. Though many do not understand the meaning of these words....

Church of The Heavenly Graces (1 sub-board) To the east lays the Church of the Heavenly Graces, the symbol of air, and of holyness. This church has been damaged many times by storms and yet, it is always rebuilt. Some say this is the most unlucky church of the city, though others would beg to differ.

Lady of the Lilies To the west lay the church known simply as The Lady of the Lilies. It's grand structure was build over a underground river that flows into various tunnels of the catacombs. Cheshire City School for the Gifted (3 sub-boards) Welcome to the University of Cheshire. Mostly humans attend here of all ages but on occasion so does the paranormal. Though the main rule for those not of the light is simple.... hide your true nature. Below the school are special rooms, saved for only these special students that need.... extra courses of course

Borden Row A historical three story apartment complex on the city corner marks the entrance to a string of apartment complex's lineing the streets upon the Borden Row section of the city. The main apartment is named Borden Row, after the famouse Lizzie Borden. (( Basically, start a thread in here if you want to rp your apartment, home, ect ))
Hells Garden (2 sub-boards) This is the area just on the outskirts of the city. It's named Hells Garden for the lands about the city are vast and secret. A few highway roads that creep from the city to the rest of the world, but there is a thick area of forrest, woods and open marsh that circle the place. This is where those places are rp'ed as well as the waters of the ocean on the east side of the city.

The Cheshire City Bay Area This large bay opened up into the ocean at its mouth, making it a salt-water body. However, it emcompasses several islands and is quite deep in some places. It holds a variety of fish and is home to many other things.
Black Forest (2 sub-boards) Tall rowan, walnut, cypress, and sycamore trees laden with moss, kudzu, and lichen create mazes, traps, and small paths through this forest. Wards protect the main paths from the trees. The Black Forest is the buffer between Cheshire and the Spires.

The Spires of the World (2 sub-boards) Huge towers of stone creep to the very clouds, hiding legends, terrors, rebirth and bloodshed behind their granite gates. Whole cities could fit comfortably within the huge expanse. At the bottom lays a layer of magma from the Earth's mighty crust. An air of horror looms here, save for the large lake that nestles between the Spires and the Forest. All demonic and spiritual presences are mostly muted here from the outside world of mortals.
Wayward Marshes (1 sub-board) This place is home to a variety of flora and fauna--both mortal and spiritual. Mystical happenings occur here all the time: eerie lights, weird callings from the night, transformations from human to frogs... Will you escape?
